Due to the covid-19 situation our booking and handlig procedure is as follows:
- Customers must use hand santiser provided upon entering premisis, glove are not permitted.
- Device must be booked online and no walk in bookings will be accepted.
- Max of 1 customer in the store at any time.
- Device must be placed by you into the cleaner at the front desk before it is handled by our staff.
- Your appointment starts at your booking time and you will be given a grace of 10 mins after that the booking will be cancelled for the staff and other customer safety.
- Customer must vacate the property whilst device is being repaired.
- Once returning to collect your device it will once again be placed into the cleaner and you will be asked to remove it.
- All customer will be required to observe the 2m social distancing rule
- And finally we are no longer accepting cash payments card only.
